Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analyses to provide visibility into business performance and key drivers.
Liaise with Accounting and cross-functional business partners to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
Support cost center reporting, and collaborate with cost center owners on budgeting and forecasting for General & Administrative expenses. Identify and communicate key risks and opportunities to help achieve strategic and financial goals, enabling proactive decision-making.
Manage Travel & Entertainment (T&E) spending and provide accurate & timely reporting to department leads.
Maintain dynamic financial models and forecasts, sharpening assumptions to drive forecast accuracy and build confidence in operating plans.
Support annual and quarterly reforecast processes to deliver against our financial and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
Evolve and implement scalable FP&A processes and tools to enhance data accuracy, streamline reporting, and improve the overall quality and speed of financial analysis.

Requirements

Either a recent graduate of or currently pursuing degrees in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
No BA? No problem. An equivalent years of professional experience in the field(s) of Finance, Accounting, or related focus will also meet this qualification.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI, SQL, or other tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and/or variance analysis through coursework, internships, or projects.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through data, identify trends, and draw logical conclusions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data and analysis into clear takeaway.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to receive feedback, iterate, and learn quickly in a collaborative team environment.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each year.
