About the role
- Play a key role in protecting OnBuy from financial, legal, and reputational risks by monitoring seller behaviour
- Enforce compliance and drive improvements in our risk strategy
- Work closely with the Head of Risk and other teams to ensure sellers meet performance standards
- Undertake proactive risk mitigation actions to help protect OnBuy from emerging risks
- Analyse and identify developing risks across all sellers
- Liaise with sellers to understand and address poor performance
- Analyse reports of product violations and identify emerging trends
- Represent the risk team in the delivery of key projects
Requirements
- Competency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- A collaborative, open, and honest approach
- Previous experience in eCommerce (ideally within an online marketplace)
- Confidence in constructively challenging seller behaviour
- Capable of constructively challenging assumptions.
- Bonus if you have: Experience querying databases.
