DevOps Engineer

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Cloud Run, and AWS ECS
• Shape cloud strategy to ensure high availability, performance, and security across infrastructure
• Lead the architecture and deployment of containerized applications and services
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment and testing
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and uptime
• Collaborate with Application Support, Security, and Application teams to align infrastructure with business goals
• Document infrastructure designs, processes, and procedures
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects

Senior DevOps Engineer

• Assign general back-office customer calls & technical issues reported by partners
• Ensure support calls and help desk tickets are dealt with promptly and appropriately
• Participate in continuous learning by documenting novel issues and resolution steps
• Provide input into service improvement through network & service monitoring
• Proactively problem-solve to avoid recurring issues, applying best-practice when resolving customer issues
• Work closely with team of Partner Support Analysts in customer-query management and issue resolution
• Respond to calls and tickets logged through the Onafriq ticketing system
• Consult system logs to investigate issues described in tickets
• Liaise between Partner Support Analysts, Team Leader, and Head of Partner Support
• Document issue resolution to contribute to department reference and training materials
• Work assigned shifts on a 24/7 rotation (Day, Night, Late shifts)

Partner Support Analyst – Bilingual, English and French

Analyst

• Ensure daily reconciliation of all card transactions and provide daily/weekly reconciliation and settlement reports.
• Ensure that the business is not exposed to any material risks emanating from reconciliation variances and chargebacks.
• Reconcile income/fees with partners and ensure value is transferred to the company’s account promptly.
• Develop and maintain business relations with business partners.
• Chargeback processing.
• Contribute to and maintain system standards within all Payment platforms.
• Perform any other task as might be assigned by Assistant Manager, Settlement and Reconciliation, Card and Chargebacks.
