Account Executive

• Leverage relationships in an assigned set of existing Enterprise accounts to prospect and close new business opportunities with additional decision makers, including a wide range of marketing and demand generation titles, as well as corporate communications, training, procurement and sales.
• Partner with ON24's Client Success Team to summarize existing business in key accounts and facilitate introductions to client advocates and references.
• Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs.
• Recommend solutions, prepare and present proposals and get contracts executed.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve all individual activity and revenue targets set by the company.
• Log sales activity (prospecting, opportunities, revenue, next steps) in Salesforce.com.
• Attend sales seminars, sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the market place.
• Keep current with all ON24 product information, pricing and contract terms.
• Travel, as required, to meet prospects and customer face-to-face. Approximately 10-15% travel.

• Analyze data to generate sales insights and improvements to increase sales productivity
• Scrubbing, organizing and manipulating large datasets in MS Excel or Google Sheets using functions
• Continuing to build, validate and maintain data hygiene within our extensive customer and prospect database

• Own and evolve the company’s global MarTech stack to enable scalable growth and operational efficiency
• Serve as subject matter expert on marketing systems, driving tool selection, integrations, and process standardization
• Administer and optimize tools like Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, ABM platforms, and other third-party MarTech
• Guide stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions and establish campaign and lead management workflows

• Act as a trusted advisor to the end users and their management to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve agreed operational priorities, leading to full business value
• Conduct frequent reviews with accounts to determine customer satisfaction, risk, and drive KPIs
• Maintain healthy customer engagement levels by identifying low utilization and providing solutions to further drive customer success
• Act as client point-of-contact to ensure successful execute of all client engagements
• Consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are exceeded
• Partner with the ON24 Onboard ing & Launch teams to ensure new customers hit key milestones
• Assist with contract renewals, including identifying risk, deploying save plays, consulting on commercial conversations to help scope most viable solution set for upcoming renewal
• This role could also include writing and processing renewal contracts
• Collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams (Product Management, R&D, Marketing and Sales) to improve operational processes and act as voice of the customer with those teams to drive better customer results
• Document all communication with users and accounts accurately and in a timely manner via system tools
• Ensure customer s have ongoing guidance and access to the supporting tools ON24 hosts to support enablement including; client training portal, knowledge center, platform support ticketing system (chat, email and phone)
