The Enterprise Delivery Manager serves as a senior delivery and strategy leader responsible for organizing and overseeing enterprise-wide data initiatives.
This role ensures the successful execution of projects spanning data integration, governance, quality, and strategy, aligning them with organizational objectives to enable trusted, actionable insights across the business.
This leader combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery oversight—guiding teams, driving alignment between business and IT, and establishing the processes and frameworks that enable data as a true enterprise asset.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong proficiency in data modeling, data quality management, metadata management, and integration tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or Boomi.
Deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and data security protocols across hybrid environments.
Expertise in implementing data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) and data lifecycle management processes.
Proven experience leading complex, multi-phase data and integration programs with cross-functional teams, managing scope, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Ability to analyze complex enterprise data ecosystems, identify opportunities for optimization, and align data capabilities with business strategy.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate data strategies, project progress, and business value to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust and alignment across executive leadership, business units, and technical teams.
