About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage client relationships (both internal and external) as it relates to work assigned
Ability to manage a high volume of individual air, hotel and rental car needs along with hotel credit card authorization needs prior to coaches arrival to camps
Provide emergency and after-hours service to travelers, especially during peak client event months
Coordinate communication of traveler itineraries and changes with client staff
Know and properly use: airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules and tariffs, resource guides, books, and industry contacts
Know and understand how to book hotels (both individual and groups) as well as an ability to handle and manage credit card authorizations prior to coaches arrival for camps
Know and can book rental cars when needed
Accurately and timely data management
Remain informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs
Maintain a professional working relationship with the clients while representing the Company
