Manager, Motor Coach Connection
On LocationManager responsible for operational and sales efforts in Anthony Travel's Collegiate Team Bussing program. Required skills include negotiation and customer service in a sports context.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Negotiate bus rates and amenities
- Process contracts for collegiate clients
- Outline and update Season Planners & Trip Planners report
- Track bus bookings and commissions
- Invoice bus commissions
- Provide Weekly Summary to brief management of weekly productivity
- Grow relationships with vendors
- Promote and contribute to Anthony Travel Preferred Bussing Program
- All other duties as requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrative negotiation and sales skills
- An understanding of revenue management, motor coach experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail
- Flexibility to deal with and adapt to changes
- Ability to manage many tasks at the same time
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Motorcoach industry experience
- SABRE reservation system knowledge
