About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle and follow-up orders from order creation to invoicing to meet customer needs;
  • Assist Borealis General Sales Manager in sales planning and process by collating data;
  • Handle and follow up export documents to assure timely customs clearance;
  • Keep customer file updated with latest commercial information;
  • Handle complaints and customer requests, providing information, appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits;
  • Ensure registration and customer communication according to standards;
  • Process and maintain complex customer-related master data including contracts;
  • Process and track various customer requests and contracts fulfillments;
  • Place, cancel, or adjust orders;
  • Pro-actively follow-up order income;
  • Handle high volume requests coming via email, phone, portal, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration or similar;
  • Relevant professional experience: 2-3 years after Bachelor;
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative;
  • Track record of over-achieving objectives;
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Good customer service experience in managing maritime/export processes (logistics, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance processes) is considered an advantage;
  • MS office + SAP/other IT relevant systems (advantage);
  • Advanced in English;
  • Other language skills: Spanish, French, Italian or any Eastern European languages is an advantage.
