Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- Relevant professional experience: 0-1 years
- Good understanding of customer support processes
- Basic customer service knowledge
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of related regulations/norms
- Understanding of customer support principles in Oil & Gas Industry
- Solid execution skills and flexibility
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
