About the role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles (technical, commercial, and consulting)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern tools and platforms
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline and manage candidate communication with care and clarity
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by supporting content, events, and campaigns
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the process
  • Provide regular reports and insights to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the SaaS or tech consulting space
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, and job boards
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with a proactive, organized approach
  • Experience working in fast-paced, international teams is a plus
  • Fluency in English; Turkish or Arabic is a plus
