About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Paid Media & Lead Generation: You plan, manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn with a clear goal: generating qualified leads for our sales team.
- CPL, ROAS and pipeline contribution are your currency.
- Account-Based Marketing: You develop ABM campaigns that target enterprise accounts with the right messages, at the right time, on the right channels.
- Thought Leader Ads: You use LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads strategically and turn the personal branding of our key voices into a performance instrument.
- Performance Landing Pages: You design and optimize landing pages that convert—in close coordination with the content team and based on continuous A/B testing.
- HubSpot & Automation: You build scalable automations—from lead nurturing and email sequences to clean attribution.
- Sales-Marketing Alignment: You act as the active interface with sales and ensure that leads are not only generated but also converted.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–6 years of experience in performance marketing—ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment with enterprise touchpoints.
- You are familiar with longer sales cycles and complex buying centers and know how to target them effectively.
- Data and numbers affinity: you love dashboards, can interpret data quickly and derive clear recommendations for action.
- Reporting is a basis for decision-making for you, not a box-ticking exercise.
- HubSpot know-how: Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub—ideally including segmentation, automation and attribution—is a clear plus.
- Automations & AI tools: You have hands-on experience with marketing automations and AI-powered tools in lead generation or content production and are curious to further develop them.
- Communication & Collaboration: You can explain complex performance topics clearly in German and English and enjoy working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
