About the role

  • Lead generation and identification: You research and identify potential customers who can benefit from our SaaS solution.
  • Cold outreach and initial contact: You proactively reach out to prospective customers from corporations and the upper mid-market and spark their interest in our SaaS platform.
  • Lead qualification: You conduct initial conversations with leads, analyze their needs, and ensure they meet the criteria for a qualified sales opportunity.
  • Lead nurturing and follow-up: You keep prospects engaged through regular, personalized communication and remind them of the offering when appropriate.
  • Continuous analysis and feedback: You analyze the market, monitor competitors' activities, and provide valuable feedback on common questions or challenges to help adapt and optimize sales to changing market and customer requirements.
  • Achieving KPIs: You work with a results focus and meet your defined KPIs, such as the number of qualified leads, contacts, and scheduled meetings.
  • Collaboration with marketing and sales: You coordinate regularly with our marketing team to ensure outreach efforts are effective and that generated leads receive the best possible support.
  • Representing omnora: You represent omnora at trade shows and events, promote the brand, and help expand our network.

Requirements

  • Passion for sales: Enthusiasm for the sales process and selling.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Experience in lead qualification: Strong instincts for identifying potential customers and understanding their needs.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS: Basic understanding of SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in cold outreach: Experience in new business development for complex B2B SaaS solutions with a focus on enterprise customers.
  • Self-initiative and results orientation: Exceptional self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude: Close collaboration with our Account Executives and the marketing team, with a continuous focus on improvement and development.
  • Flexibility and creativity: Willingness to try new approaches to continuously improve the sales process, and creative problem-solving.
