About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive end ‑ to ‑ end quality strategy for a key UEM module or domain
  • Design and implement robust automation to validate complex cross ‑ component customer workflows at scale
  • Influence test architecture and release readiness beyond a single scrum team
  • Lead multiple quality initiatives focused on automation effectiveness and suite stability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep hands ‑ on experience building, maintaining, and scaling automated test suites for distributed or SaaS systems
  • Strong domain depth in at least one area (e.g., device platforms, UEM services, or adjacent backend systems)
  • A track record of technical leadership in quality engineering: mentoring other engineers, leading automation ‑ focused initiatives
  • Engaging with support/escalations, performing root ‑ cause and RCA/RCCA work
