About the role
- Drive the end-to-end platform engineering strategy for foundational components of Workspace ONE / UEM ecosystem
- Design, build, and scale the automation and infrastructure for UEM services
- Lead and evolve platform-level automation focusing on patch automation improvements
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, SRE, Product, and Release teams to enhance platform performance
- Influence how Omnissa builds, validates, and ships platform capabilities at scale
Requirements
- Deep hands-on expertise in building, maintaining, and scaling automation and infrastructure for distributed or SaaS systems
- Experience improving deployment velocity, reliability, and security through automation
- Strong fundamentals in Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Build & release engineering CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
- Backend platform services or UEM-adjacent systems
- Observability, monitoring, and platform reliability frameworks
- Proven track record of technical leadership
