About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the end-to-end platform engineering strategy for foundational components of Workspace ONE / UEM ecosystem
Design, build, and scale the automation and infrastructure for UEM services
Lead and evolve platform-level automation focusing on patch automation improvements
Collaborate closely with Engineering, SRE, Product, and Release teams to enhance platform performance
Influence how Omnissa builds, validates, and ships platform capabilities at scale

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep hands-on expertise in building, maintaining, and scaling automation and infrastructure for distributed or SaaS systems
Experience improving deployment velocity, reliability, and security through automation
Strong fundamentals in Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc.)
Build & release engineering CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
Backend platform services or UEM-adjacent systems
Observability, monitoring, and platform reliability frameworks
Proven track record of technical leadership
