About the role
- Work directly with customers, field teams, and partners to understand the issues and opportunities not currently addressed
- Collaborate daily with client Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to solve complex problems in uncertain environments using a combination of their domain knowledge and your skills
- Perform research, brainstorm solutions, and help guide product direction
- Balance opportunities and business needs while keeping stakeholders aligned and supportive
- Work with Apple and other partners on product strategy and collaborate on implementation
- Facilitate software demos, stakeholder check ins, and other key meetings virtually or in-person
- Collaborate with our product and technical marketing teams to showcase new product releases to drive awareness and adoption
- Learn new skills and grow in your own career while contributing learnings back to others in our Product Management practice so we can all grow and thrive together
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and/ or expertise with deploying Apple devices in the enterprise
- Strong empathy for our customers and partners to better shape our solutions
- Strong cross-team collaboration with the ability to moderate conversations across both business and technical teams
- Easily handle multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail, while never losing focus of the overall product strategy
- Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
- Drive to achieve quick results and the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a dynamic, constantly moving organization
- Positive personality with strong interpersonal skills and an upbeat “can-do” attitude
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of what’s most important
- Provide leadership while never forgetting that you’re a team player
- Demonstrate analytical skills and a natural predisposition toward data-driven decision making
