About the role

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to maximize team performance
  • Oversee the management of the sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Manage the regional sales budget
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel teams
  • Present sales performance and market insights in Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
  • Attract and retain high-quality talent to the organization
  • Utilize sales tools and processes to manage sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in technology sales
  • at least 8 years in a leadership role within the SaaS/tech industry
  • strong knowledge of the target account landscape
  • proven track record supporting the U.S. Federal Civilian market
  • demonstrated experience working with Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs)
  • demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • excellent analytical, forecasting, and strategic thinking skills
  • excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • exceptional leadership and coaching skills
  • expertise in value-based selling and consultative sales methodologies
