Lead the development and management of Omnissa’s Partner Relationship Management (PRM) capability as Product Owner.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the PRM system, ensuring alignment with partner and business needs.
Translating stakeholder requirements into clear, prioritized user stories and technical specifications for engineering teams.
Managing the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements to drive partner success and system efficiency.
Collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of PRM updates and features.
Communicating with Omnissa partners to understand their needs and ensure PRM supports their success.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the PRM system, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure the PRM system aligns with Omnissa’s go-to-market strategy.
Hybrid role in Atlanta, GA; in-office 3 days per week.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, delivering internal applications for Back Office or Front Office IT systems.
An engineering background is highly preferred, with ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders, partners, and engineering teams.
A curious and proactive mindset to deeply engage with stakeholders to uncover key requirements.
Prior experience with Partner Relationship Management systems is a plus but not required; strong Product Owner/Management experience is essential.
Ability to work in a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA, with 3 days per week in-office.
