About the role
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for UEM SaaS Commercial and Federal offerings
- Develop and maintain infrastructure and configuration using Terraform, Ansible and other tools
- Collaborate to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions across multiple SaaS offerings
- Implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and deployment automation
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with commercial standards (SOC 2, ISO 27k, PCI) and federal security standards
- Implement proactive strategies for identifying and remediating vulnerabilities
- Own production solutions and work on automation code, architectural improvements, security enhancements and vulnerability management
- Support a global SaaS footprint across multiple AWS regions (including GovCloud) and colocation facilities
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a DevOps or comparable Cloud engineering position with demonstrated track record of execution and delivery
- Proven development and scripting background (Python, Powershell, Bash)
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred) and/or Configuration Management tools (Ansible preferred)
- Strong expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with containerization technologies
- Understanding of cloud security principles and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments
- Familiarity with federal security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, etc.) and cloud security compliance requirements
- Ability to learn independently and is self-driven
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Previous experience in SaaS product strongly preferred
