About the role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical frameworks.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and present insights that influence product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Design and build dashboards and reports when needed—but focus on driving business outcomes, not just visualizations.
  • Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Experience using data and metrics to generate insights and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex analyses into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Preferred Background in management consulting or experience solving strategic business problems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
