About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical frameworks.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and present insights that influence product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement.
- Design and build dashboards and reports when needed—but focus on driving business outcomes, not just visualizations.
- Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Experience using data and metrics to generate insights and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex analyses into clear, actionable narratives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Preferred Background in management consulting or experience solving strategic business problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
