About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct Enterprise Sales (Active Hunting)
- Own the end-to-end direct sales cycle for Tier-1 and Tier-2 retail chains.
- From highly targeted prospecting and C-suite pitching to complex contract negotiation and closing, you are responsible for driving SaaS revenue and hitting aggressive quotas.
- This includes pitching to CMOs and Category Managers on critical value drivers.
- Strategic Co-Selling leveraging alliances with legacy hardware giants.
- Channel & Service Alignment working seamlessly with the Channel Partnership Manager Europe.
- Commercial Rigor & Forecasting maintaining impeccable pipeline hygiene within HubSpot.
- Market Feedback Loop acting as the vanguard for market intelligence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of elite, quota-crushing direct sales experience in B2B SaaS, retail technology, or supply chain software.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing complex, multi-million Euro deals with Tier-1 retailers in the UK, DACH, Benelux, or Nordic regions.
- Deep understanding of how to navigate massive retail buying committees, specifically targeting CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, and VPs of Store Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to execute a hybrid sales model: closing directly while utilizing channel partners for service delivery and strategic hardware partners for account entry.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; professional fluency in German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a highly strategic advantage.
