About the role
- Ensure that Experience teams can set up and manage their datastores autonomously
- Building self-service and introduce standards for Experience teams to manage their Cloud resources - share knowledge and best practices
- Look after and scale observability stack - Prometheus, Thanos, Grafanalabs Loki and Grafanalabs Tempo
- Experiment with new stack elements or services
- Ensure that Kubernetes cluster running ~400 microservices is stable and scalable.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with any datastore (preferably MongoDB, PostgreSQL, mySQL, Redis)
- Understanding and knowledge of IaaS (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Experience with building CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of cloud services (any major cloud provider, preferably GCP)
- Good knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian)
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Software development knowledge with Golang (huge plus).
