Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product roadmap and execution for the TPO business line.
Research, validate, and build product foundations for new residential business models.
Identify and evaluate opportunities in adjacent residential energy markets.
Work with Finance & Revenue Operations to develop and implement pricing models.
Apply deep product thinking to identify core business and partner friction points.
Work closely with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations to ensure product alignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8+ years of product management experience, specifically within a high-growth technology or renewable energy environment.
Deep expertise in the residential solar and/or energy storage industry.
Direct experience in product pricing strategy and revenue management, with the ability to build and iterate on complex financial models.
Demonstrated track record of taking products from concept to scale, particularly in B2B or partner-led environments.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
