About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor, evaluate alerts and make informed recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Create and track service tickets to resolve system anomalies and support field service technicians.
Support client and customer communications, resolving escalated issues.
Onboard new assets in Omnidian’s platforms, ensuring technical specifications are accurately captured.
Produce performance reports for assigned clients and portfolios.
Assist with performance modeling and provide technical support to the sales team.
Participate in identifying and documenting best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of commercial monitoring experience.
Strong understanding of solar technology, monitoring systems, and maintenance practices.
Experience with solar monitoring DAS platforms and alerts.
Experience performing energy simulations in platforms like PV systems is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, G Suite, and CRM applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
