About the role
- Manage high-volume inbound leads from Google by engaging with residential homeowners.
- Qualify customer interest and provide high-level information on our service offerings.
- Collect and process customer credit card details securely to finalize bookings.
- Schedule site visits and jobs directly into the calendar for the Operations team.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Services teams to ensure lead data is accurate.
- Follow up with potential customers who have not yet committed to a schedule.
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions to facilitate smooth handoffs.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by hitting daily outreach and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn scheduling software quickly.
- Availability to work a consistent schedule to respond to incoming digital leads.
- No prior industry experience is required; we are looking for the right attitude and drive.
