About the role

  • Manage high-volume inbound leads from Google by engaging with residential homeowners.
  • Qualify customer interest and provide high-level information on our service offerings.
  • Collect and process customer credit card details securely to finalize bookings.
  • Schedule site visits and jobs directly into the calendar for the Operations team.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Business Services teams to ensure lead data is accurate.
  • Follow up with potential customers who have not yet committed to a schedule.
  • Maintain clear records of customer interactions to facilitate smooth handoffs.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by hitting daily outreach and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn scheduling software quickly.
  • Availability to work a consistent schedule to respond to incoming digital leads.
  • No prior industry experience is required; we are looking for the right attitude and drive.
