Proactively request and collect updated insurance and licensing documentation from FSPs upon expiration.
Track expiration dates, follow up with partners, and maintain accurate records.
Manage and process third-party vetting requests for customers.
Ensure all compliance data is accurate and complete.
Assist in creating and maintaining a nationwide licensing database for solar O&M requirements.
Research state-specific licensing requirements and track partner compliance.
Support compliance reporting and internal audits as needed.
Assist with Salesforce FSP Object updates, including populating compliance-related fields.
Support data hygiene and ensure record consistency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline compliance workflows.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in compliance, operations, or administrative support (preferably in a regulated or service-based industry)
Experience managing documentation and tracking deadlines
Proficiency with CRM or database tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience with partner/vendor compliance or insurance documentation is a plus.
Familiarity with solar, or energy industry licensing requirements is a plus.
Previous experience in supporting legal, risk, or compliance teams is a plus.
