About the role

  • Proactively request and collect updated insurance and licensing documentation from FSPs upon expiration.
  • Track expiration dates, follow up with partners, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage and process third-party vetting requests for customers.
  • Ensure all compliance data is accurate and complete.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a nationwide licensing database for solar O&M requirements.
  • Research state-specific licensing requirements and track partner compliance.
  • Support compliance reporting and internal audits as needed.
  • Assist with Salesforce FSP Object updates, including populating compliance-related fields.
  • Support data hygiene and ensure record consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline compliance workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in compliance, operations, or administrative support (preferably in a regulated or service-based industry)
  • Experience managing documentation and tracking deadlines
  • Proficiency with CRM or database tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with partner/vendor compliance or insurance documentation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with solar, or energy industry licensing requirements is a plus.
  • Previous experience in supporting legal, risk, or compliance teams is a plus.
