Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in the solar energy industry, showcasing a history of leadership in account management, asset management, operations and maintenance, or field service coordination.
2+ years of direct vendor/subcontractor management experience, including contracting and onboarding.
Familiarity with solar industry standards.
Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
