About the role
- Autonomously manage a medium-sized portfolio of Buyers.
- Develop action plans focused on Buyers engagement, performance and retention.
- Analyze purchasing behavior, seasonality and patterns to inform commercial decisions.
- Conduct performance meetings with Buyers and recommend improvements in the use of our solutions.
- Identify expansion opportunities and offer complementary products (upsell/cross-sell).
- Collaborate with the Product team, proposing enhancements based on Buyers needs.
- Independently resolve medium-complexity issues related to the Buyer lifecycle.
- Support the reactivation of inactive or low-performing Buyers.
- Map and segment Buyer profiles to create personalized strategies.
- Monitor key metrics such as LTV, churn and engagement by Buyer type.
- Deliver in-depth training sessions for strategic stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM.
- Experience generating reports, KPIs, dashboards and market analysis for the sales area.
- Experience working in Sales Operations to produce dashboards, reports and indicators for business areas.
- Proven projects demonstrating the ability to develop value propositions and improve customer experience (sales, delivery and repurchase).
- Experience in the hotel industry.
