About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

A professional with an analytical profile and logical reasoning;
Comfortable working with numbers and able to analyze procedural results.
Administrative management of credit recovery processes, including:
Reviewing public notices and digital summonses, scheduling deadlines, and updating data and information in the case management system;
Implementing action plans and preventive measures to ensure optimal handling of cases, applying departmental strategies and reporting indicators;
Serving our network of Agents, maintaining ongoing relationships with these clients, and, when necessary, conducting external visits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Law;
Previous experience in civil litigation;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management systems;
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, strategic mindset, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure or Civil Law;
Experience in banking law and/or credit recovery;
Experience with high-volume litigation;
Results- and quality-oriented, with good interpersonal skills, determination, and a desire to grow.
