- We are looking for a **Senior Credit Analyst** with solid experience in the financial market, preferably in financing new and used vehicles. This professional will be responsible for performing more complex credit analyses, working end to end in evaluating proposals, ensuring consistent decisions, portfolio quality, and adherence to the institution's risk policies and guidelines.
- They will operate strategically and analytically, with a critical eye for risk mitigation, assessment of repayment capacity, and identification of opportunities, contributing directly to the sustainable growth of the business. They will also be a technical reference for the team, supporting decision-making, knowledge dissemination, and process evolution.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree.
- Previous professional experience in the area.
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel): Ability to produce reports, innovative presentations, and internal communications.
- Data Analysis Tools:
- Advanced Excel: Use of complex spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and statistical analysis to interpret financial data.
- Power BI: Data visualization tools to create dynamic reports and present information clearly and objectively.
