About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Check documentation according to the approval checklist
Validate CCB (Cédula de Crédito Bancário) and contractual conditions
Verify installment amounts and financial details of the operation
Perform information checks using internal tools (e.g., Crivo)
Validate customer registration data, including address in available databases
Perform queries and validations with DETRAN (vehicle registration authority)
Validate driver's license (CNH) and customer documentation
Verify beneficiary data and information on the CRV (Vehicle Registration Certificate)
Analyze and regularize contractual pending issues
Register encumbrances (gravame) through the B3 (Cetip) platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree
Minimum 2 years of experience formalizing vehicle financing contracts
Knowledge of document analysis and registration validation
Familiarity with operational systems and tools (e.g., Crivo, B3/Cetip)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and ability to interact with multiple areas
