About the role

  • Handle the formalization of financing contracts, ensuring quality, speed and compliance with internal policies;
  • Analyze and verify documents, ensuring authenticity, integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements;
  • Validate registration data against the submitted documentation, mitigating operational and fraud risks;
  • Execute and monitor guarantee encumbrance processes, acting on gravame/SNG routines;
  • Work on fraud prevention, identifying inconsistencies and adopting necessary measures;
  • Track contract pending items, ensuring resolution within established deadlines;
  • Assist with contract intake and registration, ensuring organized control of workflows;
  • Support post-issuance activities, including adjustments, corrections, annotations and monitoring of operations;
  • Prepare and update operational and control reports, contributing to area management;
  • Provide support to other departments’ requests, promoting integration and process flow;
  • Work collaboratively with a focus on results, quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management or related fields;
  • Courses focused on credit and risk analysis;
  • Certifications or training in fraud prevention and document examination (documentoscopia);
  • Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
  • Advanced Excel training or experience with data analysis tools;
