About the role
- Assist in monitoring the portfolio of overdue accounts, preparing reports
- Analyze performance indicators to improve results
- Conduct training, provide support and visit partners

- Experience with operational collections and legal KPIs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields (Law degree is a plus)
- Experience in collections
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of SQL
- Analytical, organized, and results-driven
- Innovative, detail-oriented, and strategic mindset
