About the role
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering technical development, engagement, and delivery of results with quality, efficiency, and strategic vision;
- Coordinate major projects focused on process automation and the use of artificial intelligence, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations (LGPD, Marco Civil da Internet) and AI governance policies;
- Monitor, oversee, and validate the performance of intelligent systems (AI/ML), proposing continuous improvements, mitigating risks, and ensuring the integrity and security of information;
- Define and track area performance indicators (KPIs), consolidating data into executive reports and strategic presentations for the board and other stakeholders;
- Participate in executive committees and meetings with the board, providing technical analyses, strategic recommendations, and legal insight for decision-making on matters related to credit recovery and digital transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Corporate Law, Banking Law, Legal Management, Finance, or related fields is a plus;
- Proven experience coordinating legal teams;
- Solid experience in credit recovery, judicial collection, and high-volume litigation (mass litigation);
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, process automation, and integrated legal systems;
- Ability to structure and interpret performance indicators (KPIs), turning data into strategic insights for the executive team;
- Strategic mindset and analytical profile, with the ability to operate in dynamic, results-oriented environments;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and executive influence, with experience in reporting, committees, and presentations to senior leadership.
