About the role

  • Planning and Scope: Lead the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring strategic alignment. Develop and consolidate a detailed Project Plan (schedule, costs, resources, and risks).
  • Central Point of Contact and Leadership: Act as the central focal point for the team, assigning responsibilities and tasks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Map and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring smooth communication, ongoing engagement, and visibility into delivery progress.
  • Monitoring and Control: Rigorously manage schedule and costs, monitor physical and financial progress, and implement immediate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Risk and Quality Management: Proactively identify risks, creating mitigation and contingency plans. Ensure delivery quality by confirming that outputs meet defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Delivery and Implementation: Manage final delivery and solution implementation, with focus on end-user readiness (change management) for adoption of new processes or tools.
  • Validation and Closure: Conduct formal acceptance with the project sponsor and perform administrative project closure, ensuring documentation of lessons learned and organized team demobilization.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management (full project lifecycle), including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Methodologies: Solid knowledge of traditional methodologies (PMBOK/Waterfall) and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), given the collaboration with Product Owners (POs).
  • Tools: Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation ability, analytical mindset, and conflict management skills.
  • Differentials:
  • - Certifications: PMP (PMI), CAPM, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PSM.
  • - Postgraduate: MBA or specialization in Project Management.
  • - Knowledge: Process mapping, Credit Policies, Software Development, RPAs or AI.
