Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a revenue number with NRR quota covering expansion and retention across enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with stakeholders from procurement managers to CFOs
  • Shape commercial rhythms, norms, and processes as the function grows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-8 years of experience in a top-tier & fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a commercial role with six-figure ARR+ accounts
  • Ability to build rapport, influence people & drive change
  • Comfortable in ambiguity
  • Ambitious, competitive, and care about doing excellent work
  • Outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting
  • Highly organised & focussed on outputs > inputs
