About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a revenue number with NRR quota covering expansion and retention across enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with stakeholders from procurement managers to CFOs
- Shape commercial rhythms, norms, and processes as the function grows
- Provide feedback on what customers will and won't pay for to Product and Revenue leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-8 years of experience in a top-tier & fast-paced environment
- Experience in a commercial role with six-figure ARR+ accounts
- Ability to build rapport, influence people & drive change
- Comfortable in ambiguity
- Ambitious, competitive, and care about doing excellent work
- Outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting
- Highly organised & focussed on outputs > inputs
