About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the top of funnel for US sales — identify strategic accounts, run multi-channel outbound, qualify opportunities, and shape our US GTM narrative
- Break into new markets — identify and prioritize companies to go after and run targeted experiments to open new geographies and industry segments for Omnea
- Support live deals with the CCO and Commercial Leads — RFPs, proposals, pipeline management, closing support, and early involvement in GTM strategy
- Run c-suite level events — coordinate and host dinners, roundtables, and CFO leadership series to deepen relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles
- Accelerate quickly — step into an enterprise deal-making role in 8-12 months, with a fast track to sales leadership or the option to pivot into adjacent commercial paths
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-4 years experience in an elite environment, whether that’s banking, consulting, startups, VC, or something else
- You want to drive revenue growth and have faster career progression
- You love to win, are hungry for a challenge, and willing to roll up your sleeves
- You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and don’t need permission to make things happen
- You’re commercially savvy and can break down complex problems through first principles thinking
- You’re charismatic and want to master relationship-building in client-facing roles
