About the role Own expansion quotas and renewal outcomes for Omnea’s US customer base Manage relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on largest and most strategic customers Ensure customers get meaningful value from Omnea from earliest stages and beyond Drive renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities; own Net Revenue Retention targets Act as trusted advisor to champions and executive sponsors across Procurement, Finance, Ops, and C-suite Lead renewal conversations and close multi-year contract extensions Mitigate customer concerns, reduce churn, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention Develop and execute mutual success plans and advise on best-in-class product configuration Nurture customer advocates, expand customer community, and co-host roundtables with Sales and Marketing Partner with Solutions & Implementation Lead, Technical Solutions Experts, Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver customer success Define Customer Account Management & Success playbooks and scale the Customer function at Omnea Requirements 5-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS commercial role Demonstrable history of top performance and happiest, most successful customers Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a business Strong commercial intuition; gravitas to sell to senior leadership (eg.
