About the role

  • As a developer, you take a holistic view of software — considering architecture, logic, performance, and user experience.
  • Together with Product, Data Science, and Operations, you develop solutions that not only work technically but sustainably transform customer processes.
  • Think and develop software holistically — from architectural decisions to the final commit.
  • Write clean, maintainable code that runs reliably and is a pleasure to read.
  • Take quality seriously: unit tests, clear structures, and a focus on the user experience.
  • Build systems that are robust and scalable — today and in the future.
  • Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Operations to develop solutions that truly fit.

Requirements

  • Degree in an IT-related field or completion of vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker).
  • 3–5 years of experience with C# (.NET), or alternatively VB.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and relational DBMS.
  • Fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Interest in or experience with AI technologies and data science approaches.
  • Nice-to-haves: SQL, SAP (ERP, PP/DS, IBP), experience with ORM technologies (Entity Framework, Dapper, etc.), basic knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, experience with web technologies, familiarity with other DBMS such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
