About the role

  • As an SDR, you are the door opener for our sales success — curious, persistent and smart.
  • Identify promising target accounts, engage them, and generate real opportunities through cold calls, personalized email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
  • In focused, structured discovery calls you uncover pain points, assess fit and turn initial contacts into tangible opportunities.
  • Qualified leads are your hallmark — you also support the AE with demos, RFPs and proposals.
  • Drive outbound campaigns with energy, execute creative outreach strategies, attend trade shows and events, and leverage networking to amplify results.
  • Instead of just building a pipeline, you actively shape the sales structures of a scaling startup — leaving a lasting impact.

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bonus: experience in supply chain management and/or industrial production/planning.
  • Experience with cold calling as well as lead generation and qualification.
  • Strong communication skills, persistence and the ability to build trust over the phone.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Structured, independent working style and a high degree of self-motivation.
