About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of APIs using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Develop reusable MuleSoft components, connectors, RAML specifications, and comprehensive technical documentation
  • Architect and maintain integration flows connecting multiple SaaS platforms, managing the end-to-end API lifecycle
  • Configure API security policies, gateways, SLAs, and continuous monitoring through MuleSoft administrative tools to ensure secure data transmission
  • Participate in integration testing, error handling design, root-cause defect analysis, and performance optimization
  • Track integration defects and technical environment risks, categorizing issues by severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low) in a weekly progress log
  • Participate in mandatory weekly progress meetings with the designated project manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive, hands-on expertise with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Anypoint Exchange, Runtime Manager)
  • Expert-level proficiency in DataWeave
  • Proven experience developing, deploying, and supporting REST APIs and specialized Mule applications
  • Strong mastery of API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns (EIP)
  • Documented experience integrating two or more SaaS systems within an enterprise environment
  • Advanced proficiency with JSON, XML, RAML, OAuth2, TLS, and modern API security standards
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration requirements.
  • Active MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD – Level 1 or 2) or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certifications
