IT Procurement Professional
Omm IT SolutionsIT Procurement Professional providing procurement support and contract negotiation expertise for semiconductor projects. Must have extensive experience in IT services and supplier contract negotiations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to the business owners with sourcing requests
- Provide support of the Contract Separation deliverables specific to the project
- Overall administrative support (ie: Indicator/progress alignment, preparing weekly report out summaries)
- Developing and executing to negotiation strategies and right-sizing agreements based on volume and spend amounts
- Support multiple ongoing negotiations of varying sizes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience preferred
- Previous supplier contract negotiation experience required
- BS Degree in Business Administration (MS degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience
- Nice to have: a Law degree and have passed the bar
- Experience in Technology SaaS, PaaS, Software agreements, IT Services agreements, Technology hardware
