About the role
- Serves as the primary point of contact for programmatic issues, concerns, and status updates while guiding the technical team from requirements to delivery
- Provide technical leadership and recommend industry best practices and governance for all task areas
- Engage on a weekly basis to support the ongoing performance of SOW tasks
- Utilize technical writing skills to develop and assist with project documents
- Manage schedules, track the progress of project activities, and document and mitigate risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in IT, Business, or a related field)
- 8–10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically managing enterprise IT infrastructure or software development projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications ideal
