About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy for recruiting and developing strategic partners across the DACH region
- Build a partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline contributing to DACH revenue targets
- Ensure partners are enabled, certified, and equipped to position and sell Omilia's platform
- Own the health and performance of the DACH partner portfolio through business reviews and joint planning
- Act as the primary point of contact between Omilia and its DACH partners
- Track and report partner activity and co-sell opportunities to the VP of Sales, DACH
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit system integrators, technology alliances, and CCaaS partners
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with Legal and Finance
- Design and deliver partner onboarding, training, and certification programs
- Develop joint go-to-market plans, co-marketing, and joint pipeline generation activities
- Coordinate partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals with Sales
- Work with Solutions Consulting on technical partner enablement
- Organize and lead partner business reviews
- Monitor partner performance against KPIs and take corrective action
- Represent Omilia at partner and industry events across DACH
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and partner management systems
- Report on partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and program health to the VP of Sales, DACH
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in partner, channel, or alliance management within B2B SaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise technology
- Experience operating in the DACH region
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage joint business plans with technology or systems integrator partners
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, including commercial contract experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting
- Experience with CRM and partner management tools
- Disciplined pipeline and reporting habits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
