About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to Omie customers via chat and phone to resolve questions
  • Perform remote access to customers' machines to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Create step-by-step procedures for system tasks using images, text, or video
  • Escalate systemic or apparently unsolvable issues to the Product Specialists team
  • Redirect chats or calls to other departments when necessary
  • Handle chats and phone calls related to invoice rejections, offering specialized support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a higher education program (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the Omie ERP system (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience as an intern or assistant
  • Availability to work a 12x36 schedule, from 07:00 to 19:00
