About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing evolution;
- Understand business and user needs, translating requests into prioritized functional requirements;
- Lead ERP improvement and innovation initiatives, ensuring deliveries that create real value for customers and the business;
- Collaborate with business areas to ensure strategic alignment and accurate deliveries;
- Monitor product KPIs and propose continuous improvements based on data;
- Support the development team in scoping, building the roadmap, and prioritizing features;
- Lead agile ceremonies — planning, refinements, and reviews — ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Product Manager for ERP solutions;
- Analytical skills and product vision;
- Ability to work in environments with multidisciplinary teams;
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- **Differentials:**
- Experience in tax or fiscal compliance projects within ERP systems;
- Knowledge of ERP integration with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or CRM systems;
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
