About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the client attends training before executing Packs P, M or G
  • Conduct on-site or online consultations with the client
  • Guide the client to request support through the correct channel
  • Teach the client how to perform processes instead of performing them for them
  • Develop deep expertise in the platform/tool
  • Liaise with the Franchisor to resolve technical issues
  • Manage client activities according to the agreed plan

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Own vehicle and valid category B driver’s license required
  • High school diploma completed or currently enrolled in higher education
  • Proven experience in system implementation and training is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, proactive work style
