About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the client attends training before executing Packs P, M or G
Conduct on-site or online consultations with the client
Guide the client to request support through the correct channel
Teach the client how to perform processes instead of performing them for them
Develop deep expertise in the platform/tool
Liaise with the Franchisor to resolve technical issues
Manage client activities according to the agreed plan

Requirements

What you’ll need

Own vehicle and valid category B driver’s license required
High school diploma completed or currently enrolled in higher education
Proven experience in system implementation and training is essential
Excellent interpersonal skills
Hands-on, proactive work style
