About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the prospecting, qualification and closing of partnerships with Accountants and Accounting Firms, operating autonomously across the commercial cycle
  • Present the benefits of the partnership in a consultative and strategic manner, tailoring the message to each lead's profile and pain points
  • Conduct in-depth diagnostics of each lead’s needs, context and digital maturity, proposing customized, highly persuasive solutions
  • Actively manage and grow a high-complexity partner portfolio, ensuring retention, engagement and expansion of generated business volume
  • Conduct strategic external visits in the region, prioritizing high-potential accounts and cultivating long-term relationships
  • Map client profiles and market behaviors, generating commercial intelligence for predictability and continuous improvement of the team’s approaches
  • Serve as a technical reference and strategic partner in evolving the lead qualification process and handoff with the SDR team
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes and propose optimization initiatives based on data and field experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Own vehicle and valid Category B driver’s license (CNH B)
  • Higher education in progress or completed
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in services or technology
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Clear and assertive communication (verbal and written)
  • Dynamic, proactive, and hands-on attitude
