About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the creation and organization of briefings for campaigns and projects;
- Attend internal team meetings and meetings with suppliers and external partners;
- Contribute to the development of incentive and conversion campaigns led by the Trade Marketing team;
- Assist in managing partnerships and analyzing the department’s performance, with high visibility and direct contact with Senior Management;
- Support the generation of purchase orders with the Purchasing team, track receipt of contracted products/services, and monitor the department’s inventory.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a university program in a related field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a similar area;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Excellent communication skills to participate in meetings with internal teams and external partners;
- Sense of urgency and ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong writing skills to produce briefings and requests that are clear, concise, and aligned with the expected outcome.
