About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct active prospecting of potential clients through calls, emails, social networks (primarily WhatsApp) and other tools;
  • Organize information in the CRM and prepare reports on prospected companies;
  • Deliver pre-sales pitches by phone;
  • Identify sales opportunities and schedule meetings (presentations) with potential clients for our specialists;
  • Share insights on prospect behavior with Sales and Marketing teams;
  • Assist in developing prospecting strategies and creating new contact lists;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of the sales funnel (sales pipeline);
  • B2B pre-sales experience;
  • Strong communication, organization, discipline and prioritization skills;
  • Familiarity with qualification frameworks (SPIN, GPCT, BANT, Challenger);
  • Experience with outbound and inbound marketing;
  • You will have an advantage if you have (considered a plus):
  • Knowledge and experience with the SaaS business model;
  • Familiarity with the ERP market;
  • Experience with chatbots;
  • Experience prospecting enterprise / large accounts;
  • Desire to grow professionally in the Sales/Commercial area.
