Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations aligned with clients' pain points and needs;
  • Be assertive in negotiations and in closing sales;
  • Plan and organize daily commercial activities with discipline and a results focus;
  • Keep the CRM up to date and perform consistent follow-ups;
  • Continuously reflect on approaches, learnings, and opportunities to improve the process;
  • Collaborate with the team by sharing best practices and creatively developing solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Essential experience selling services / B2B, preferably in Software/ERP;
  • Affinity with technology, innovation, and a collaborative culture;
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with different client profiles;
  • Adaptable and resilient profile with analytical thinking;
  • Organization and autonomy to manage one's own schedule and results;
  • High school diploma required (college in progress is a plus);
