About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct consultative sales presentations aligned with clients' pain points and needs;
- Be assertive in negotiations and in closing sales;
- Plan and organize daily commercial activities with discipline and a results focus;
- Keep the CRM up to date and perform consistent follow-ups;
- Continuously reflect on approaches, learnings, and opportunities to improve the process;
- Collaborate with the team by sharing best practices and creatively developing solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Essential experience selling services / B2B, preferably in Software/ERP;
- Affinity with technology, innovation, and a collaborative culture;
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with different client profiles;
- Adaptable and resilient profile with analytical thinking;
- Organization and autonomy to manage one's own schedule and results;
- High school diploma required (college in progress is a plus);
